Our Services
Osaka Sahan International Traders exports used vehicles, machinery, and parts from Japan to customers worldwide. Our services include vehicle sourcing, export documentation, and international shipping arrangements.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. All prices are FOB Japan unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full before shipment. Deposits are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
Shipping
We arrange international shipping through reputable carriers. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded for shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for import duties and customs clearance in their country.
Warranty Disclaimer
Used vehicles and parts are sold "as is" without warranty. We provide accurate descriptions and photos, but minor discrepancies may exist. We recommend third-party inspection before purchase. Claims are not accepted after shipment.
Cancellation and Returns
Orders may be cancelled before deposit payment without penalty. After deposit, cancellation results in forfeiture of the deposit. Returns are not accepted once goods have been shipped due to the nature of international vehicle export.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction. We are not responsible for indirect damages, shipping delays, customs issues, or losses arising from the use of purchased goods.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Osaka, Japan.
